Virus and Spam policy:

If you recieve any spam from charlesthetech.net it means the address is spoofed, I don’t host an email server on here for this very reason, there is no SMTP or POP3 or any other mail daemon running so it is IMPOSSIBLE for you to have recieved spam from this website.

There is a page on this website that does contain a java script and a downloader for a custom made virus that I created, it is not linked from any page on this website and the actual name of the html file is 32 alphanumeric case sensitive characters in length. The virus does not replicate but stays on your system and does what I asked it to do. You will only be sent to this webpage if you are particularly nasty in comment spam or go above and beyond ass-hattery. Your IP address specifically will be redirected to this page until I see fit.

You agree by being a complete ass hat on my website that I have the right to redirect you to this webpage. As of 3 months of having this website only one person has been redirected to anything more then my BANNED link (http://charlesthetech.net/fuckyou.html) and was given multiple warnings. And even told in the last email I sent that I would be redirecting all traffic from them to a virus downloader.

I do not, nor am I required to, give you advanced warning, nor am I legally responsible for the virus in question. By accessing my website after being an ass hat you are choosing to download anything from this website that may come your way and take full responsiblity for it.
